Amapas I is high up in the Amapas hills behind Old Town. It's a small project, just 19 units, with a cozy rooftop pool and lounge.
There are three types of units: townhouses, condos and triplex penthouses. The layouts are ample.
The draw here is the mesmerizing view, which includes the town, the coastline, the jungle, the mountains, and the bay.
At USD $1 million, the penthouses aren't cheap. But that sum rarely buys you something so out of the ordinary.
