Profile

Many projects claim to have "jungle." This one delivers. It's on a steep hill covered in palms. There's no beach, but most homes, especially at the top, have water views.

The architecture is distinctive. The ceilings are borne by freestanding columns, which allow the glass walls to slide open, creating a floating, airy sensation. It feels like being in a treehouse. In fact, living trees pass though some units.

The development is architecturally inventive and offers the unusual combination of being surrounded by nature while still being close to town.

Pros

- Attractive modern architecture
- You actually purchase a house (as opposed to an apartment), which is not that common for that amount of money and the level of quality.
- The higher units have wonderful ocean views.
- Jungle feel and vegetation, beautiful surroundings

Cons

- There is no beach access.
- You pretty much have to drive anywhere you want to go.
