- Very well solved and functional floor plans
- Very Mexican feel. Nothing Miami Beach about it.
- Artisanal, colorful, yet cozy-elegant -- good taste
- Good value compared to other beachfront developments
- Small -- just 23 units.
- Bucerias is a fun, lively town with nearby restaurants and shopping.

Cons

- Relatively small swimming pool ... not for lap swimmers.
- Because it is a small development, it supports few amenities.
- (Ugly) minisplit a/c units instead of central air.
