Pros

- This development is located in an area that seems extremely slow now but which is undergoing a major transformation.
- Near a few good restaurants like Frascatti, Columbia, Rey Bombon.
- If you are willing to walk two blocks to the beach, you can get a very reasonably priced apartment.
- Well finished for the price
- Like other Grupo Real del Mar projects, thoughtful and well-executed

Cons

- No beachfront
- No views from first and second floors
- Uneven neighborhood with ramshackle homes, junkyard boats, etc.
