Pros

- This particular development has one of the most incredible views of the bay. It's not only the sightlines, but the way the water hits against the natural rock and the color of the ocean here that makes the location spectacular.
- With only 10 homes, this is one of the most exclusive developments in the region.

Cons

- Extremely expensive.
- For these prices you would probably like to get access to some amenities ... here there are practically none. No golf, no tennis, no services of any kind (other than security and management).

General Comments

This is a 10-unit development, where the lots range between 12,000 sq ft and 24,846 sq ft. Most of them are beachfront but three are only ocean view. They unquestionably enjoy one of the most wonderful locations on the bay. No home gets built until it gets purchased.
