Pros

- Inexpensive
- Vibrant community as a result of mixed uses. Should feel very busy.
- You can find a lot of what you need in one space (mixed use)
- Little to clean :-)
-Very nice restaurant on premises. (If you like italian)
-Close to the beach, but you don't pay the premium of being in front of it

Cons

- Designed for skinny people. Certain areas are too small.
- You are at an ocean destination but no water views or beach access.
