Profile

3.14 Living, just a few blocks from the water, is one of the few developments in Nuevo Vallarta that is neither on the beach nor on a golf course.

This project with its unique name is a welcome example of mixed-use development in an area dominated by hotels. It offers duplex lofts, a gym, lounge, office spaces, shops and restaurants.

The design is modern with floor-to-ceiling windows and a hip blend of concrete and bright colors that especially appeals to a younger crowd.

3.14 makes sense for someone who likes being surrounded by all of Nuevo Vallarta's recreational activities but who doesn't need (or want to pay for) direct beach access or ocean views ... with units starting under USD 150,000, the savings are significant.

Pros

- Inexpensive
- Vibrant community as a result of mixed uses. Should feel very busy.
- You can find a lot of what you need in one space (mixed use)
- Little to clean :-)
-Very nice restaurant on premises. (If you like italian)
-Close to the beach, but you don't pay the premium of being in front of it

Cons

- Designed for skinny people. Certain areas are too small.
- You are at an ocean destination but no water views or beach access.
