Pros

- Very nice beach and swimmable ocean
- Trendy
- You can customize and combine the modular units to an unusual degree

Cons

- It will have a hotel component with a transient population.
- Execution of details ... you may need to refinish some elements.
- As of this writing, it claims a Club Danzatoria (from Barcelona) as one of its amenities; however, Danzatoria's website says it has closed, leaving this arrangement in doubt.
