Pros

- Gated community within a gated community
- Private beachclub
- Very rentable/marketable. There's a lot of demand for these big apartments within Punta Mita.
- Walk into Punta de Mita. The Cafe des Artistes is right next door.

Cons

- The third and final phase is set a ways back from the water.
- Less private (but not to say unsafe) with Punta de Mita next door. Beaches in Mexico are all public, so anyone can wander in, somewhat defeating the exclusivity of the Punta Mita concept.
