- Very exclusive
- Swimmable beach

Cons

- Despite luxury prices, some of the lots do not have direct beach access (only through the beachclub).
- No ocean sunset views
- Rocky beach
- Not much exposure to local Mexican culture. It's like living in the U.S.
- You still have to build the house.
