This is a perfect option for people who appreciate Sayulita's hippie-chic style but prefer their home turnkey and new.

Pros

- Some spectacular ocean views (from the top of the project).
- Quiet and secluded in a jungle setting.
- Appealing contrast of a clean, new development in a town otherwise full of idiosyncratic "shabby chic" people and beachhouses.
- Should be easy to rent as Sayulita attracts lots of tourists and this is a rare product in this market, with big pools, security, underground parking, and a turnkey setup.

Cons

- No direct beachfront.
- Few resort facilities, aside from the three pools. (Not even a gym.)
- Neighbors are (or were once) agitated about the project.
- Lower units may be dark.
- It's a hike into town on foot or even by car or bike on bumpy dirt roads (the developer says it will be improving some of these).

General Comments

The project sits on over 40,000 sqft of land, set back a block from the ocean. It includes five buildings terraced to give all the units an ocean view (or so the developer says). It is set amidst thick jungle with lots of green areas. Apartment sizes range between 1500 and 3500 sqft. It is located in one of the hippest locations of the Puerto Vallarta-Riviera Nayarit area, one which is especially popular among surfers.
