Pros

Excellent location adjacent to the city and short walk to the beach. Panoramic views from balcony. Affordable property with good rental possibilities. Located on grounds of Puerto Cancun with easy access to mega-development amenities including shopping, 5 resorts and marina.

Cons

Refrigerator, oven, dishwater not included. Limited closet space.

Four towers, 19 floors each. Located between Cuidad Cancun and Puerto Cancun. Overlooks course designed by Tom Weiskopf.
