Cancun Towers is a set of three towers beside the Puerto Cancun golf course (but outside the Puerto Cancun development) with views of the ocean.

The development has a small lobby and private elevators that whisk residents from the underground parking garage to their home in the sky.

The apartments are polished and modern and feature Jacuzzis on the balconies. The master bedroom merges seamlessly with the master bathroom just behind the headboard, allowing you to look out at the ocean while you brush your teeth. Pros

Located inside Puerto Cancun resort park. Access to golf, marina, and other Puerto Cancun amentities with discount. Each condo has a balcony with (optional) jacuzzi. Private elevators to most units. Highly modern with open layout.

Cons

Maintenance fee of USD 300/month for 2 bedrooms and 600/month for 3 bedrooms is steep. Utilities not included.

Tower I - 18 stories. Private elevator to all 3-bedrooms.
Tower II - 11 stories with a penthouse and rooftop garden. Tower II condos are slightly larger and more expensive.
