Pros

Parking and balcony included with units. Landscaped by Mario Schjetman. Interior design by Eraswe Diseños. Lots of common areas designed to promote a community atmosphere. Relatively inexpensive considering central downtown location. The two and three bedroom condos offer "excellent views" with "exclusive and modern" interiors, where each space invites "relaxation and comfort for the whole family." Five different floor plans, including a unique duplex arrangement are designed to cater to "a variety of lifestyles."

Cons

Condominiums are situated relatively close to one another. Location in the city center may not appeal to vacationers. Interiors are functional but not designed with premium materials and lack a fully-equipped kitchen.
