A variety of apartment sizes and prices suitable for many different types of people - retirees, vacationers, renters and families alike. Las Olas is located in the heart of the Puerto Cancun super-development with lots of activities and amenities in a safe environment, while only being 5 minutes away from downtown.

Cons

Those looking for peace and quiet may find the Vegas-style resort living of Las Olas to be a bit high density with nearly 350 units on site. Although residents get a discount, use of Puerto Cancun amenities - golf, etc, is not included in the price.
