Pros

Huge development with lots of amenities. Extremely well located between the ocean and the city. Ocean front golf course designed by Tom Weiskopf. Opportunity to build and design your own home within the development.

Cons

Long construction cycle means that the area will look unfinished until at least 2012. Residential home construction subject to strict building/design codes, however you can choose your own architect.

General Comments

435 lots for residential single family homes and town homes. Marina with 330 spots for boats. 1 mile of beachfront sand. 808 acres. 5 resorts on site. Partnering with Novo Cancun, Bella Vista Towers, Sky Cancun, Isola Cancun, Diomeda, and Maioris to create at least 2100 condos. On site architect to help plan and design residential homes.
