Small yard with each home. Terraces and balconies standard on most houses. Parking spaces included. Secure development in the middle of downtown with limited traffic. Ceiling fans. Water treatment.

Cons

Houses are packed in close to each other. Limited privacy. Few amenities on the premises. Small windows. No bathtub. Gas and water cistern must be filled monthly.
