Atlantica Cancun Residences and Spa

Atlantica is located on the northern side of Cancun´s hotel zone.

The beaches are narrower here and the area is not as touristy as the eastern side, which is not a bad thing, especially when you consider Atlantica’s easy access to downtown and expat staples like Wal-Mart and Costco.

The master plan calls for two Vegas-style towers situated beside a man-made lagoon full of palm trees and a spa touted as a "spiritual sanctuary” with a complete menu of therapies.

Interiors meanwhile are highly customizable; a wide range of furnishings and materials are available to owners.

The fact that Atlantica is surrounded by hotels makes it a relatively rare ownership opportunity -- buyers may benefit from the proximity if they hope to rent to vacationers.
