Cancun Plaza

Cancun Plaza was built over 20 years (and two major hurricanes) ago along one of the nicest stretches of beach in the hotel zone.

These are typical of the condos built in the 80's; the small, lock-off units with kitchenettes and fabulous Caribbean views are designed more for vacation use than to live in fulltime.

Individual units -- not to mention the furniture -- vary greatly depending on how much upkeep they've had. The common areas, including the pool, gardens, laundry facilities, lobby and commercial area were recently renovated, giving a nice lift to this oldie but goodie.

Cancun Plaza is by not a “luxury” option, but budget conscious buyers will find a good deal given the beach and the location.
