-Large units. Balcony w/ jacuzzi (optional). Direct elevator to residences.
-Excellent location across from La Isla Mall in the hotel zone. Beachfront of 260 feet.
-Development has made an effort to preserve the dunes located directly in front along the beach.

Cons

-Architecture is blockish and squat.
-Those seeking a year-round community may find life a bit anonymous and touristic.
