-Located on a residential island in the hotel zone. A few blocks from La Isla mall at the center of the Hotel Zone. Easy access to marina and central club house.
-Villas have remote control of curtains, security, sound, and air conditioning.
-Fully furnished kitchen with GE appliances.
-Lagoon views from upper terrace. Jacuzzi standard.
-An excellent option for permanent residents looking for a safe community in a quiet area in the hotel zone.

Cons

-Located on the lagoon side, away from the beach.
-Four block walk to the shared clubhouse and pool.

18 villas and 15 townhouses located on Isla Dorada in the hotel zone. All three bedrooms with two parking spaces. Villas are three levels with rooftop solarium.
