100 meters of beachfront. Very close to the airport. Water treatment plant and emergency generator on site. Optional furnishing by Nautica Homes. Rental management by Cozumel Seaside Retreats. Preferential membership to Jack Nicklaus designed golf course located across the street. The full service development includes lots of amenities making it a hassle-free investment or vacation home. Suitable for families and snowbirds.

Cons

Refrigerator not included. Few restaurants or shops in walking distance.
