Located next door to the Wyndham Cozumel Resort & Spa. Private rooftop solarium for penthouses. Large central green area. Variety of apartment sizes. Purified water system. Apartments are fully furnished, making Residencias Reef an attractive investment for seasonal vacationers.

Cons

Few amenities on site or organized activities. Located in a high density development area. Those looking for an "authentic" Mexican residence may find the area a bit touristy.
