A small, intimate development two blocks from the beach and close to downtown. Parking space included. Nice rooftop pool. Ceiling fans, washer dryer combo and terrace with each unit. Suitable for full time residents, vacationers and investors.

Cons

Development may be small for families or those looking for a large development. Few amenities and activities.
