70% of the property designated "green areas." Owners also enjoy automatic membership at Grand Coral Mayan Riviera's 18-hole golf course, designed by Nick Price. Appropriate for investors, vacationers with families and retirees.

Cons

Much of the Grand Coral super-development area will be under construction until at least 2015. The development is near Playa del Carmen, however downtown shops are in easy range.
