Pros

Fractional ownership available. Ownership includes golf membership. Lot of natural touches such as landscaped areas, water canals, and wood trellises. Roof garden in each building with bbq, pool and sundeck. Free golf cart with each unit. Nick Price is one of the first developments in Grand Coral which may make it an early bargain for investors.

Cons

The low key community may be a quiet for those looking for nightlife. Grand Coral will be in construction for many years, which may be an occasional annoyance for residents.
