Excellent location - two blocks from the beach, one block from 5th avenue shops and six blocks from Playacar Golf Club. The development provides a rental service with a full time front desk, concierge and service staff to attend to renters and hotel guests. Ownership includes discounted membership to beach clubs at Corto Maltes, Residences El Faro and Costa Turquesa.

Cons

Studio apartments are quite small. Underground parking spaces not included in price of ownership.
