Ownership allows for use at three different locations - beach, marina and lagoon. Free use of golf carts between properties. Electrical back-up system. Brick cupola ceiling in living room. Fly and buy opportunities for perspective buyers. Units contain all furnishings including cookware, T.V. and furniture.

Cons

Fractional ownership allows for only 4 weeks of use per year. Decorating is standard and residents have little or no input. Lagoon property is a bit remote from the commercial zone.
