Pros

Easy access to the beach, golf club and Puerto Aventuras commercial zone. Ocean views from top level units. Wood beam accents in living room. Furnished kitchen. Optional furniture packages. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood.

Cons

Hurricane blinds not included. Unattractive block facade. Not actually located along the marina.

56 luxury condominiums in two four-level towers. Two or three bedroom apartments with private roof-top solarium and jacuzzi in penthouse units.
