Profile

Located on a moon-like stretch of rock on the northern edge of Puerto Aventuras, one might think that Punta Roca was dealt a bad hand. On the contrary, the development has embraced its craggy environs to create a unique waterfront that offers the best vistas in the area.

A highlight is the tide pools out front that form natural saltwater jacuzzi’s and are easily accessed by a series of private boardwalks or ‘rockways.’

The buildings themselves are made of reinforced concrete, strong enough to withstand any hurricane, and they do look strong. The high quality interiors are pleasant and open.
