Pros

All units have ocean views. Located half a block from the beach close to downtown Puerto Morelos. Lush landscaping throughout. Unique interior layout and design. Wired for surround sound, tv and internet. Eco septic system A versatile property for vacationing families or full time residents looking to live close to town.

Cons

Interior design and layout may not appeal to those seeking modern decor. No elevator. Few on site services and amenities compared to larger developments.
