Direct access to beach. Innovative architectural design. Individual water heaters in each unit. Burglar alarm system in ground floor apartments and villas. Number 5 CAD wiring for telephone, cable and internet. Optional fractional ownership and rental programs. Developer lives on site. Location and beach access make this a good vacation home option.
