Palma Real is a beachfront, boutique condo complex located on the south side of Puerto Morelos.

Although just a few hundred yards from the center of town, Palma feels a bit far from the action with few shops or services in the vicinity and a small shipping port next door. The beach however is stunning and feels more private than any in the area. This is the most contemporary residence in town with a design more typical to what you would find in Playa del Carmen.

Pros

Faces onto a quiet beach. Ocean view terraces in every unit. Modern style and amenities with a fully furnished kitchen. A fitting vacation retreat with a small community atmosphere.

Cons

Located next door to an empty lot and industrial port area. Few shops or services in immediate area. Relatively small property with limited night life or activities.

General Comments

15 beachfront apartments located in a three story building in south Puerto Morelos. Two and three bedroom units. Private roof deck for pent houses.
