Equidistant between Cancun and Puerto Morelos. Should appeal to vacationers with 150 meters of beachfront, lined with palm trees. Quiet and peaceful while still being in easy range of two cities.

Cons

Access to major services, grocery stores, etc. requires driving or a bus ride.
